Returns Terms of Service

By placing an order with Loprit, customers agree to the following return terms:

1. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

2. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

3. Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons, including underwear, intimate apparel, and swimwear that has been worn or had hygiene seals removed.

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Refunds will be issued only after the returned merchandise has been inspected and approved.

6. Loprit reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
